Day 1- 30 Day Challenge Jog

So I know that this post is a few days late, but it took me some time to set up my site and get it the way I wanted.  Three days ago (May 18th) I started my first 30 day challege, I decided that I need to loose some weight and get in shape so I am starting small: I am challenging myself to run/jog/walk for 30 days, to help me complete my goal I am using mapmyrun.com on my phone to track where I go. so far it is working very well.  I ran 1.89 miles on the rails and trails in Rockville/Vernon.

During my jog/walk I was listening to some podcasts.  I finished Security Now 353 ( I will put an embed at the end of the post) and started windows weekly 261.  

All in all I thought this was a good start to 30 Day Challenge Jog
